If, after receiving and inspecting your CPU, we determine that the damage is completely unrepairable within the scope of our service, you will not be charged for the repair labor.

You will receive the applicable labor refund according to our repair policy if the CPU is determined to be completely unrepairable.

This guarantee applies to repair labor only. Customer-paid shipping and other third-party costs are not included.

Request & Photos

Submit your repair request with your CPU information and clear photos of the damaged or bent pins.

Review & Approval

We review your request and determine whether the repair is within the scope of our service. You will receive the repair price and shipping instructions before sending your CPU.

Payment & Repair

Once you approve the repair, you will receive a secure Stripe payment link. After payment is completed, you will receive instructions for shipping your CPU to us. We then carefully realign the pins, verify socket fitment, and test the CPU.

Proof & Return

After the repair and testing are complete, we provide photo proof of the finished CPU. Your CPU is then securely packed and shipped back to you.
